Q: How much does HikmahBox cost?
A: We offer flexible plans: Monthly ($49), 3-Month ($44/month), 6-Month ($42/month), and Annual ($39/month). All plans include free shipping within Australia.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime with no commitment or cancellation fees. Manage your subscription easily through your account dashboard.
Q: Can I pause my subscription?
A: Yes, you can pause your subscription, within the limits below.
Monthly (pay-as-you-go) subscriptions:
• You can pause for up to 2 months in a row.
• You can pause up to 3 times in a calendar year.
3-month and 6-month subscriptions:
• You can pause up to 2 times in total during your plan period.
When your subscription is paused, your payments and deliveries are put on hold until you resume.
Q: When will I be charged?
A: Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each billing cycle. You'll receive an email reminder before each charge.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: When will my box ship?
A: Boxes ship during the first week of each month. You'll receive tracking information via email once your box ships.
Q: Can I see the box items before it ships?
A: Yes. Every month, during the last week of the month, you can see a preview of the main items in your upcoming box on our website, before it is shipped.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within Australia with free shipping. International shipping is coming soon!
Q: What if I'm not home for delivery?
A: Australia Post will leave a card for collection at your local post office if no one is home.
